1. Who we are
Tackmark is a go-to-market intelligence platform built for revenue teams. We are headquartered in North Carolina, USA. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@tackmark.com.
2. Information we collect
Account and profile information
When you sign up, we collect your name, work email address, and company name. If you invite team members, we collect their email addresses.
Platform usage data
We collect information about how you use Tackmark — which features you use, signals you interact with, and configuration choices you make. This is used to improve the intelligence model and personalize your experience.
Signals about publicly available companies
Tackmark monitors publicly available information about competitor companies, target buyer accounts, and market topics that you configure. This data is sourced entirely from public channels (news, job boards, company websites, social media, regulatory filings). We do not scrape or store private information about individuals at those companies.
Demo request data
If you submit a demo request, we collect your name, work email, company name, and any optional message you provide.
3. How we use your information
- To operate the Tackmark platform and deliver your intelligence brief
- To personalize and improve the signal relevance model over time
- To send transactional emails (weekly briefs, account notifications)
- To respond to demo requests and sales inquiries
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models sold to other customers.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform, including cloud hosting (Fly.io), database services (Neon), email delivery (Resend), and AI inference (Anthropic). Each provider processes your data only as directed by us and under appropriate data processing agreements.
5. Data retention
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after closure, at which point it is deleted. Signal and intelligence data is subject to the freshness lifecycle described in the product — stale signals are archived and pruned automatically.
6. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is controlled by role-based permissions. We conduct periodic security reviews and promptly address reported vulnerabilities.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@tackmark.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Tackmark after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
